There's Smore Downtown

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in There’s Smore Downtown! This is a friendly competition between teams (organizations, businesses, non-profits, charities, etc.) with all the proceeds going to charitable organizations. 

How “There’s Smore Downtown” Contest Works:

  • Pick your charity and form your team.
    • Your team could consist of your organization or volunteers of your charity of choice.
  • Come up with an idea for your smore recipe.
    • These do not have to be the traditional smore. In the past, participants have made hot chocolate smores and smores on a stick.
  • Plan your amounts and serving options.
    • Preparing your smores in advance will ensure they are ready to go at competition time.
    • To facilitate on-site preparation, ensure all your ingredients and tools will accommodate quick assembly.
    • From past sales, we recommend 250-300 smores be prepared.
  • The competition starts on February 17th selling begins at 11am  and ends when you sell out or 4pm.
    • Invite all your friends, family and colleagues to Downtown Winterfest to support your charity of choice.
  • The smores will be voted on by the customers and the winners will win cash prizes and smores bragging rights!
    • 1st Prize $150.00
    • 2nd Prize $100.00
    • 3rd Prize $75.00
