Pre-Natal Yoga Short Series:
▪️6 sessions: Tuesdays
▪️Sept 19 – Oct 24, 5:30-6:45 pm.
▪️Series dedicated to developing a nurturing and empowering yoga practice during pregnancy. You will learn techniques in gaining self awareness to help you connect with your body and baby. Make time to calm your mind & relax. Creating stability and strength helps people enjoy mindful pregnancies with smoother deliveries and uncomplicated postpartum recoveries.
▪️Nicolle offers a safe and inclusive space for all bodies. She will guide you through a gentle practice that will involve breathing techniques and movement. Safe poses for pregnancy are offered with modifications, so they are accessible for your body as it changes throughout your pregnancy.
▪️No yoga experience is required.
▪️Pre-natal classes are suitable for people who are more than 12 weeks pregnant right up until their due dates. However, we advise you to first consult with your physician and begin classes before the 32nd week of pregnancy. Please reach
