Elsewhere, Canada Book Launch with Devon Flynn
Katimavik – it’s a word that either leaves people clueless upon mention or fills their face with glee and heartfelt memories?
Devon Flynn shares his own experience of Katimavik, the 9-month volunteer program that took him across Canada to live with youth from all parts of the country. This local author brings us along into the life of a Katimaviker as he depicts the realities of group living, the struggles with learning and speaking a second language, and trying to understand women from Saskatchewan. Come chat with Devon and share in the excitement in the launch of his new book!
Devon will be hanging out in store to chat with folks & sign books on Saturday March 2nd from 11am-4pm.
