Burn the Bullshit

Bring your journal and get ready to let go of some Bullshit. This workshop begins with a writing exercise focused on letting go of negative thought patterns, expectations, and judgements. Once we finish writing, we burn the bullshit, literally. We set fire to our writing and release the negativity. We then move onto yogic breathwork and a gentle flow yoga class to find a sense of peace and calm within ourselves. Allowing our bodies to let go of tension and make room for a fresh start. We end with a journaling exercise to focus on affirmations and gratitude. Handcrafted journals will be available for purchase in advance
