Chrisie is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Prince George Downtown Business Improvement Association in alignment with the strategic direction, policies and directives of the Board. She must ensure effective leadership and implementation for the programs, services and projects delivered by the organization. She is expected to leverage opportunities for funding, for new program development and/or special events that will benefit the members, the organization and the community.

Wendy Pollard, Events, Marketing & Creative Specialist
Wendy is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that support the goals of Downtown Prince George. She builds awareness of downtown through events, promotions, marketing initiatives, and direct business engagement. Wendy helps strengthen and showcase our local businesses while creating a festive downtown atmosphere with events such as Plaid Friday, Downtown Winterfest, Summerfest, and Fallfest. Fostering positive relationships with businesses, partners, stakeholders, and the community is key to Wendy’s success in this role.

Teresa Mcfadyen, Special Projects Coordinator
Teresa works closely with the Executive Director, staff, contractors, the board and members in fulfilling the mission & goals of the organization and to support the day to day initiatives. Teresa is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and oversight of related programs, events, projects, contracts and other initiatives. More specifically, she provides leadership and support to our members and partners through the Clean & Safe programs. As part of the small team, Teresa contributes her skills and passion to the overall success and sustainability of Downtown Prince George.
